Care4U Warranty and Product Return Policy

Care4U Warranty

We sell the highest quality products, fully backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase during the first 30 days, you may return it to us by following our Product Return Policy.

Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used.

Products are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing for 90 days from the date of purchase.  If such defects occur during the warranty period, not including defects resulting from abuse or carelessness, the product will be replaced or repaired free of charge if it is returned postage or freight paid.

Care4U Return Product Return Policy

At Care4U we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to return your purchase, please send us a full explanation of what the problem is via email to custservice@care4u.com.  It is important that you provide your reason for return because we use this information to constantly improve our product line.

Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA).  We are unable to accept returned material without an RGA.

Upon receipt of the product in unused, resalable condition (including original boxes, warranty forms and directions) a refund will be issued via the same medium through which payment was received.
